We want to create a world where women's joy isn't bound to their size and shape.

Whilst finding the right bra is important, you are more than just a measurement. If you need some hints and tips on whether you are wearing the right bra, follow our bra fit guide to help you determine if the bra you are wearing is well fitting, or if you need to find something new to support your boobs & bring you joy.

How should my underband fit?

A firmly fitting underband will anchor the frame, and should feel firm but comfortable and should stay in the same position all day. The underband provides the majority of the bra’s support, so this is important it fits well and lays flat and straight against your back and ribs. Fit to the loosest fastening so you can tighten as the elastics relax over time.

Finding the perfect fit

If your underband is riding up or sitting too high, it is likely that you are wearing the wrong back size. Try going down a back size and up a cup size.

How should my wires fit?

The wires should be sitting behind the breast, not on the breast tissue. The wires between your boobs, should be flat against your chest. There should be no gaping or digging in.

If your boobs are peaking or falling out beneath the wires, this means your underband is too loose. Your band should sit firmly but comfortably around your body, and stay in place.

How should my cups fit?

Your boobs should be fully encased in the cup, there should be a smooth line over the bust with no lumps, wrinkling or gaping. If your boobs are spilling out of your bra, you need a bigger cup size. You may also need a smaller underband size to ensure this is firmly in place.

Gaping or wrinkling means that your bra is too big. Try a smaller cup size to improve the fit. If you need a more forgiving fit, try a stretch top cup. This also helps if you have one boob bigger than the other.

Where should my bra strap sit?

Comfort

Straps should be comfortable and not digging in. If the straps are doing too much work, the underband may be too loose.

Support

For better support, tighten loose bra straps. Choose a racerback option for added support during sports to prevent slipping.
